SHIPPING POLICY

INITIAL SHIPMENT
All initial orders will be shipped the same day to address as provided by the customer within 24 hours of receipt, Monday thru Friday by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). It is important to make sure your shipping address in entered correctly when placing your order, incorrect shipping address during order placement can result in the delay of your order being received. Carolina Distributors LTD will not be responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

FREE SHIPPING
In an attempt to keep prices low, we offer free shipping on some of our our online store purchases. Wholesale purchases may not qualify for free shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES
All domestic orders are shipped the same day via USPS and usually take 2-3 business days to deliver. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays and some holidays. We do not ship our products to states that do not allow customers to receive our products by mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping as we do not sell our product outside the United States.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in our packaging and order fulfillment process. Each order is carefully packaged and checked multiple times for accuracy. However, if your order is damaged or missing an item please contact us directly so we can address the issue.

CHARGEBACKS
As most fulfillment, shipment, and other issues can be solved easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider chargeback items as potentially fraudulent. Chargebacks shall be pursued to the full extent of law, and additionally, will subject the client to being placed on the permeant No-Sell List.
